most likely lease liabilities, highly unlikely to be loans from a lender (ie debt)... they can't be consolidated as you need 66% or more shareholding to do so... so no, they don't have full control of BT Mining, but they do run it in a practical sense (Bathurst run day to day operations of BT Mining) so have a pretty good idea of what's going on I would think!
