A bit like you persistence of the word definition of "shipping" was all that mattered in the previous court case and BRL were "sure to win" because of what you thought the word "shipping" meant. I suspect you found that on google as well.
Now as we know they lost twice in court and finally won round 3.
Now I doubt you have read any of the decisions papers, which all implied the word shipping went against BRL and the last court battle was won based on the continued royalty payment clause.
No doubt Google a good research tool but certainly no gospel
