Did you learn anything from the court case results, IMO it does not appear so as you are still focused on the dictionary meaning of words when the BRL court case results, over a 5 year period, regularly shed light on the fact that words when used in the context of a financial/business document don't always align with the dictionary meaning.
I found it does not pay to focus on the headline words as often there is a broader somewhat more clarified meaning of things lurking but I do except some are more comfortable with what they already know.
