    Bathurst Resources has appointed UBS as a corporate adviser. The company is believed to be a takeover target. Bathurst intends to spend $US69 million ($A67.8m) on the Buller coking coal project on the west coast of the South Island, New Zealand. Approvals for the project from local councils and the Department of Conservation have not yet been received.



    i guess we were all right, the most important thing is we are takeover target!!!!! it means that someone have approached us for an takeover.....
