    So offer for $30m cash or retain 35m shares at 20c = $7m in scrip......er now what would I do? It is a no brainer for the shareholders.

    How can the Directors reject the offer & not try & get the deal done in such a short timeframe?

    Its a joke.......once more minor shareholders ripped off
