OGX have been having remarkable success in both Campos and Santos since they started the latest drill program in August 2009. I think 5 wells for 5 hits.
So far they have identified 1 billion barrels of recoverable oil in Campos. Oil and gas shows in the one Santos drill. All shallow water.
I found this old article (2008) about Karoon - its a great reminder of why I love this company. They talk about proximity to the deep water discoveries driving their desire to get their hands on acreage in Brazil. Now its seems that shallow water may be the go.
