Wouldn't it be ironic if employees keep selling shares for less, and management have to buy then to keep the share price high enough to have the merger.
If they didn't cost me so much, I'd be selling shares too, just to make them squirm.
Members of the Biota Army of Ticked-off Shareholders (BATS), let the management buy(prop up) shares themselves until after the merger.
