I agree and posted the same thing on the day of the announcement. I fear that the finance came attached to the idea of the battery factory thing.
I am not convinced that a mining / processing business can all of the sudden be manufacturing batteries.
It just does not make sense, and since annoucing this tyhe share price has flattened out.
I agree that getting some cash in the door from the existing activities makes sense first. Keep really focussed on this then go down the vertical integration mode.
