Hoping to get some help in understanding the uses of the nickel that NIC produces.

From reading their reports it seems they entirely produce Nickel Laterites (pig iron) for manufacturing steel.

I can't see Nickel Sulphides mentioned anywhere in their reports. This type of nickel is a higher grade and is used in lithium ion batteries and is what is needed for the battery revolution.

My understanding therefore is NIC is not suited to benefit from the electric battery revolution as they produce the wrong type of nickel needed. It would seem to me that NIC is more of an infrastructure development play (steel bridges etc).

Can anyone please provide some clarity if this is correct.
