miksaw the 16 was identified as resistance that needs to be broken . It was based on where the trendline was at the time, so as a consequence the breakout price will gradually lower with the trendline (reasonable volumes will be the confirmation)
When you said it was a sell into the announcement that was spot on , the 16 Resistance was the short term goal..running from 13 recently allowed good profits back down to 14.5.....
I can see a 15.5 close on this triggering more TA entries and the financial support from 7 re a faster wimax roll out keeping fundamentalists interested
