I thought I would start a new thread to keep track of the feedstock agreements, partners, plant sizes & any possible valuations. HNR is in talks with many feedstock partners negotiating a deal for shareholders. Some may have finished negotiations with no success & some could have advanced further. A new relationship with an OEM or battery collector could be established at any time in Europe.

Below is the first one for HNR, a Stage 1 10tpd plant & perhaps some progress by the end of 2023.

If or when the feedstock partners grow, they can be added to this list & their progress can be tracked. A Stage 1 10tpd plant is on the small end, but maybe HNR can get some 20tpd or more. I don't know. A 50tpd plant would be incredible.
HNR has a 50/50 JV with CM in the Nordics which includes Norway, Sweden, Finland & Denmark.
Through the Greenhouse transaction, HNR has its own licence & access to parts of Europe. Which in total, takes up a fair chunk of the EU.

In terms of valuations below is a recent one from NMT.
20230421-EZL-Barrambie-Offtake-Term-Sheet.pdf (neometals.com.au)
If I'm interpreting this correctly, it suggests a valuation of $332M for a 100% interest in a 50tpd plant Stage 1 & 2.
$83M x 4 (25% x 4 = 100%) = $332 million.
HNR has 3.4 billion SOI / $332 million for a 50tpd plant = 10 cent SP with current SOI.
Or
5 feedstock customers x 10tpd = 50tpd.
10 feedstock customers x 10tpd = 100tpd.
The size & number of clients & the different plant sizes will determine a valuation for HNR. There are too many things to consider when taking in a valuation, like for example, the JV with CM in the Nordics & how much of a cut the OEM would like. Don't forget, HNR has to pay a royalty to NMT as well.
