This post is my opinion, I come to these conclusions having studied the companies announcements.
I certainly do not give any advice in this post. Do your own research.

Are the present conditions favourable to get a funded project structured for mining to recommence at Sconi? - that is what shareholders are waiting to see.
Koala, this is a question I have asked over and over, these are my considerations.
- The RAIL infrastructure was removed in its entirety and needs to be there to ship ore to Townsville or the Townsville Refinery. Infrastructure deficiency.
- I have travelled the main highway from Greenvale and it will not support shipment of ore by road, that is a reality. Infrastructure deficiency.
- Sconi has a reasonable ore body, but it is not big enough to support the capex needed, It needs discovery of additional resources, exploration is costly.
- Sconi went from an 18 year life of mine (LOM) to a 30 year life of mine, they changed / lowered the cut-off grade to create a longer LOM.
- Lowering the cut-off grade increased the amount of resource ore to be processed, this directly increased costs and lowered the $ dollar returns per ton of ore processed
Michael Holmes is on record having said they need to increase the resource to increase Life of Mine.
Michael Holmes is also on record having said that the numbers DO NOT WORK when producing MHP.
Michael Holmes has said that he is changing to producing Nickel Sulfate, this he says will improve the financials.
Michael Holmes also said that the company is going back to doing the studies, because that is needed.
Michael Holmes has said that the company needs to redo the Environmental Impact Study, Completion by 2026.
What has not been said.
- That the company needs funding through to 2026 and that will likely fall on shareholders and dilution.
- The QLD government has removed participation in NAIF funding, Why ???
In conclusion to the questions YOU and I continuously ask ourselves, I conclude that.
1 - AUZ does not have suitable rail and road infrastructure yet.
2 - AUZ needs to increase the Life of Mine, this will take time and money.
3 - AUZ Somehow needs to increase the grade of ore and recoveries being processed, directly increasing the financial returns per ton processed.
4 - AUZ need to complete the projects mentioned above by Michael Holmes.
5 - AUZ needs to keep everyone and every participating organisation engaged until the company is ready to make a financial decision in 2026
6 - It is my opinion that LG will not fund Sconi while all this work mentioned above, (There is a lot more), the studies and uncertainty prevail.
I truly hope I am wrong, but I do not think so.
Conditions are not favourable proceed to mining and funding yet In My Opinion.
