Making false and misleading statements that caused many hundreds/thousands of investor's to lose money is criminal negligence/fraudulent.... unfortunately in the Corporate World these shysters are protected, but not this time, the company already pleaded guilty and Benny Boy still has to face the music, as stated jail would be a very good result, just need the rest of the leaches gone as well.
