I think it is reasonable to assume that the SP will recover a little if LGE were to make some form of stronger commitment though I think it would need to be stronger than the position LGE has taken in QPM to have any immediate real impact. I agree the AUZ SP will suffer if LGE withdraw.

I am not sure what you base your assessment on that AUZ is currently in "disarray" - disarray implies that AUZ are disorganized and have no plan - clearly at the moment they have a plan which is to attempt to get LGE to upgrade the relationship and Holmes has outlined a strategic plan for the companies future. Yes if LGE do not commit further the overall strategic plan for the company will need to be reorganised - but right now there is a strategy in place with enhancing the relationship with LGE the critical component to allow that plan to progress.
