With regard to the comment of the company being in disarray.

Imo it has been in disarray since the Benny Bell's investor's presentation overseas and anyone who doesn't think so needs a reality check.

Under the leadership of Benny and the Jets the company has failed to meet deadlines they have lied and deceived hundreds/thousands of shareholders, they have failed in every aspect of business the SP says it all since the debacle of Benny Boy the company has not improved the assets through any sort of programs drilling etc.. instead they made sure the Corporate side was well remunerated for very little output.

The Pandemic hit in 2020 many company's cut costs to their corporate wages Auz and its BoD's upped the anti and made sure they were all well fed.

Asic continued to pull Benjamin Bell up for many smart A remarks and false and misleading statements, yes that's water under the bridge but the company was full blown fly sheet at the time so disarray is probably a bit light on Complete Shambles would be better, with the ASIC ruling Benny Boy being moved on with a legal stoush still looming and hanging over the company's head then Michael Holmes arrives back from nowhere and no one knows the reasons he left the last very well paid job with a much better credentialed company to take the reigns of Auz and the first thing he does is change tack because he could see the company was in complete dissaray losing NAIF share price plummeting and the company desperately needing to improve its metrics, therefore its very hard for anybody to dispute those facts, looking at what MH has done could be the catalyst for getting the company back on track until then he had achieved nothing except an excellent remuneration for trying.
