Ok, we all agree raising AUD 1 billion is no easy task.
Here's my view.
The Queensland government guarantees half the cost and NAIF forks 50% of the funding, and in turn, LG supports & funds the other half at attractive incentives to it; provided AUZ and its shareholders also receive reasonable returns. How else can this be done?
