Interesting - based on your earlier post it seems to indicate that he is going to Argentina for the trial - either he feels he has a good defence or there must be some international agreement with Australia that allows Argentina to extradite him if he does not turn up.
Not sure about the Argentine legal system but normally there is a presumption of innocence so he deserves that - given it has taken 12 years for his case to get to court presumably it is not an open and shut case against him personally.
Clearly somethng that he and AUZ could do without.
