DYOR he was working for Xstrata Copper who were a subsidiary of one of the worst mining companies in the world ever... one that has faced numerous legal issues and huge fines for their illegal activities...one that has paid out millions in blood money and nillions in fines around the world and one that has also been accused of murder on many occasions a company with no scruples when it comes to taking or getting what they want, that company is GLENCORE, so regardless of how long one is working for a company the position they hold is were the buck stops and to state he only worked there for a limited time makes no difference at all as he was calling the shots, hence why he has to face the court's.
