5 million not 6 you really should read AUZ statements slowly and carefully and yes the new leases are required to build , this is not expansion this is Rookie error
this should have all been locked in before trying to secure financing, it looks like amateur hour on a huge scale , please give us billions to build on land we dont know if we can secure yet ? Cmon would you go a bank with that?
