you could be right in that Michael Holmes maybe the good guy and as you say it is 2 years ago but the stigma attached to it stays forever, if the courts have dealt with it then its nothing to be concerned about...but it is funny how nothing has come out with regard to the results maybe it's a direct question that should be asked of the CEO of Auz Mines as one would think that if the case had been dealt with then surely something would have been released although it is Argentina and it did take a long time for it to get a mention for court maybe that's how their legal system works very slowly, in any event its something Auz Mines can do without, why don't you drop MH a email about it surely its not confidential information that would be price sensitive and would hurt the company or is it?
