Have you located anything recent to suggest the case is still alive, settled or finalised?
I googled for a while trying to get an update on the case - perhaps it is my poor search skills but I could only find a couple of articles in early 2021 that mentioned the issue and nothing subsequent.
12 years is a huge amount of time to take to bring something to court so I assume it was not an open and shut case to contemplate issuing charges.
It could be given it is now 2023 that the case was dropped by the Argentine prosecutors or the matter has been settled - though admittedly there could be COVID related delays in their judicial system.
It is a well established principal to assume innocence until guilty finding assuming the case is still even before the court which it may well not be after all this time.
Have you located anything recent to suggest the case is still...
