Despite some of the negative sentiment here some of which is reasonable it would appear that LGE are still engaged in some form of discussion.

LGE conducted their due diligence and only had funding as their sole criteria for the offtake - so internally LGE must be happy with the profile of Sconi - if not why extend the offtake twice, then enter into discussions re a collaborative partnership which the reported communication by @FutureEarth indicates is still ongoing.

Disregard the no $ upfront so why not sit on resource offtake argument - Major companies generally don't operate that way.

LGE is still there for the moment - it would be a reasonable assumption that they have set certain criteria to be satisfied by AUZ for them to entertain a varied relationship which AUZ have not met yet. By still being engaged LGE must have some expectation AUZ will be able to satisfy wherever LGE wants or LGE would have exited by now.

At the end of the day I am only making assumptions based on what can be observed just as many of the non holders are doing.

Non holders have a lot of ammunition to justify much of their negative sentiment - the BOD have not covered themselves in glory, the share price trend to current has been a disaster, ASIC woes etc etc but against all that there is the offset that LGE are still engaged with AUZ.
