I think I will rely on an authority such as the Oxford dictionary for the definition of Transnational Corporations - i.e. a company (corporation) "extending or operating across national boundaries"
There are many transnational media companies - NewCorp/Fox is one example hardly left wing - though you could classify CNN as a left wing transnational media company IMO
