Whilst the Labor/Green government has upped Australia's soverign risk to a degree in terms of many mining projects I think it is safe to say they they will generally be supportive of "Green" resource projects.
I think most companies seeking to place investment into mining projects would still see Australia as a far safer country to invest in than African countries many of which have ongoing economic and political trumoil as well as suspect environmental and labor practices.
