the billion $ sconi project has been a 12 year pipe dream that wont happen IMO , on the other hand a AUZ DSO operation (like PNM is starting in the corrupt viper pit of Solomon islands and QPM importing ore from New Caledonia) could be a goer , but current team probably dont have the experience or dont want the task of running a real DSO operation .in its current form AUZ is going broke unless something changes DYOR
