Postponement of three Resolutions
Following Shareholder feedback on the Explanatory Statement for the
General Meeting scheduled for Friday 26 June, the Company has decided to
postpone resolutions 5, 6 and 7. The Company will postpone these
resolutions to allow sufficient time to distribute additional information for
Shareholders consideration.
The three resolutions relate to the issue of equity to Directors. Shareholder
correspondence has highlighted that, given the significant share price
volatility, the details in the Explanatory Statement could be enhanced by
updating the Valuation Model in the Explanatory Statement to include the
Spot Price as close to the meeting date as possible.

The Company plans to postpone the hearing of these three resolutions
pending the distribution of additional details for Members consideration.
Votes already received related to the three resolutions will be disregarded
pending a new proxy form. The timing of the resumed meeting will be advised
shortly. Shareholders will have additional details mailed to them.
Please note all other six resolutions will be considered at the meeting
scheduled for Friday 26 June 2009.
