Hi JD,
Won't SK's impending part ownership of AUZ mean that approx. 20% of AUZ"s profits from a rising Cobalt price will flow back to SK.?
The acquisition of shares seemed to me to be a strategic decision to soften the blow if in fact Cobalt prices continue upwards;
- an investment helping to de-risk their large investment in current battery technology,
- and a help towards the longevity of Cobalt demand from AUZ?
