The MOU is non-binding. So it's just to say they are in discussions. You can enter into discussions with anyone and not put out MOUs. If we didn't know TNG's vanadium could be used for batteries, then this would send the SP skyrocketing on euphoria of discovering a new group of end buyers. But we did. So it's kinda expected that TNG will be discussing things with battery companies somewhere along the line. Not exactly ground-breaking, IMO. Just a sign that things are progressing. Not so much positive news, but more like not negative news, in my mind.....
