I have had a technical question regarding vrfb for quite a while and brought it up a few times. It has probably been answered even, but I have missed it.. But i'll ask here for you intelligent minds to address over the weekend..
Can positively charged vanadium electrolyte be pumped from one storage container into another?
i.e. As an example (please ignore the efficacy of vrfb size and use for EV, I am just using this example as it's easy to visualise the concept I am talking about),, let's say a truck in running on a big vrfb and energy has gone down to 10% in his journey. Can he pull up to a 'filling station', and a pump/exchange happens where his energy depleted electrolyte is sucked out, and fully charged electrolyte is pumped in?
