the pic has a small VFRB....i can imagine a slightly bigger one with a car pulling up and charging in 15 minutes - full tank. These charge stations could pop up everywhere and you dont need to be a big oil company to buy a battery and solar panels and a block of land. might be like a macdonlds franchise ...$1M and you have your own elecric car charging station. see link below. I might talk to the bank and look at some remote land suitable for a big VFRB site!....or you may have a large battery that say 100 people in a coop use to charge cars and house in say a suburban block ???
