    Great information shreyab
There is a definate need for REM's in so many facets of modern life. I have been involved in hybrid vehicle R&D and production for almost 12 years now and it is very true that a more efficient and more energy dense battery is required (they are being developed)

There have been vast developments just in the last 5 years alone. LYC has a perfect opportunity to be part of the market supplying these raw materials. I do not think other global investors will let this pass, even due to the financial crisis. Aligning themselves now in a company such as LYC is the smart money, and hey, if they do it at a discount now they have all bases covered so to speak.

With China being the major player ATM there would be many looking for a competitor to allow good competition in the market.

Just my opinion, but LYC has set itself up well. If it can find a suitable refinancer I feel this one could be on its way sooner rather than later.
