Most tradies tools have been battery powered (yes lithium batteries do have some great uses) for the last 15+ years.
What sort of muppet wants a $250K electric vehicle to plug a 240v drop saw (or some other high wattage power tool) into the onboard inverter when they can plug into the mains supply?
