perhaps this item is only small in the context of the projects, however in making such a statement and falling well short just gives little confidence that the Management can get the railway project up and running by mid 2010 /early 2011, IMO expect this date to be blown out by at least another 2 years...
As for dishing out sweet ann's we seem to have a packet of sour worms.... looks good until you tasted it....
