The political world of 1912, just prior to WWI was ruled by kings. That is no longer the case. Not sure how the prophecy can still occur with the worlds move to democratic governments.
Armageddon is the Greek version of the Hebrew Har Megiddo in the Jezreel valley. Retreating armies of the Ottoman stretched for over 10 kilometres through a narrow pass close to Har Megiddo. Allied forces strafed and bombed them and wiped them all out in a hailstorm of steel and explosives.
Rev 16/21 And great hailstones weighing almost a hundred pounds each rained down on them from above. And men cursed God for the plague of hail, because it was so horrendous.…
The British General Allenby took allied forces from all over the world and fought his way from Egypt to Palestine, through Jerusalem and over the course of 2 days has a crushing victory. He bombed the Ottoman armies into the ground with great bombs falling from the sky.
The effects of WWI were unprecedented in human history. There will never be a better more accurate moment, place and governance than the events of WWI. WWII was an extension of WWI, it was really one war with an intermission.
So we have the kings of the world who governed 80% of the planet fighting in Har Megiddo dropping hundred pound bombs in the first truely global war destroying a column of men 10 kilometres long, plus of course all the other ancillary deaths and misery taking place all over and spanning all the war to the second part of WWI, that being WWII.
I hate to disappoint those waiting for Armageddon because it would seem you missed it.
