I think 12 months closer to 70c possibly more if takeover rumors circulate.
I expect that within 24 months liquidity will have returned to financial institutions, and with it will come more optimistic treatment of asset values and NTAs.
I expect that within 60 months, if the company can manage its debt and continue with its strong portfolio and current operational KPIs of 90%+ occupancy, 8% + rent increases year on year and long term quality tenants that the stock will deliver to current holders its 10% + yield, along with *at least* modest capital growth, if not considerable capital growth.
Given that it is yielding double what the bank can offer in interest, once the company satisfies the market that it is more "capital stable", I expect to see an increase in share price to reflect the stable yield appropriately.
