It would appear those that have suggested works could be progressing in the background are correct. Water rights for Battler look over the line. This has been another project concerning Battler that Hickey has completed and there have been moves around British Hill with Strange as well.
Just need Simpson to tie up the deal and we might finally realise some progress.

Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914 IMD Gold Mines Ltd has made application for a licence under s5C to take 160,000 kilolitres from the Fractured Rock aquifer on mineral tenements M77/166, M77/1044 and M77/1025, Southern Cross for mine dewatering purposes. People who are interested in the application, may make a written submission within 15 days of this publication to the Department of Water, 7 Ellam St, Victoria Park, WA 6100, quoting ref. RF14385. If you object to the proposal, you must in your submission specify what actions, if any, would overcome your objections.
