AJ, I spoke to Luke Atkins a little over a month ago and he said it will take a few months yet given the fact that the department who grants these licences didn't have a manager employed for approx. 3 mths earlier this year! I don't think they will all come through at once, but some are outstanding now for approx. 12 mths, so i would imagine that we will start to see them coming through in dribs and drabs beginning in the next month or so... I got the impression from speaking with Luke, that these EL's are just a formality...
