Shouldn't we be asking BAu management why they haven't sorted this litigation out?
It's an interesting scenario. The entity best served by a low BAu share price is the one that threatens litigation causing the low share price.
I don't blame IMF I blame BAu for not Being proactive and Riddimg BAu of this uncertainty.
Surely bau should be disclosing the litigation threat in their presentations?
Shouldn't we be asking BAu management why they haven't sorted...
