6th of April would be a good outcome.
Only way to prevent very volatile trading would be to have as much info out there as possible.
Short week a blessing.

I wish today's response had been an announcement detailing something like,
"due to ongoing discussions with the EPA to clarify the scope of the enquiry, BAU will remain in voluntary suspension until at least the 6th"
Not sure they can win a fight, and what they desperately need is a low profile for a while.

Crashdummy's "tsk tsk" very restrained i'm afraid.
Management have not covered themselves with glory since Nov.

Business case still remains compelling, questions may well be asked, however, whether the present management is the appropriate one to go to the next level.
If they truly were "shocked", by this decision, it suggests that their relationship with the bureaucrats was not very close.
