Yes, but hopefully not. If there isn't a competing offer, and deals are done then, it could be at VWMA+40 and "effective" control of 50%+ at about the same time as the announcement. This happened with one of the CSG mergers over the last few years (sorry I can't recall which). I don't want to see that happen again, but who knows in this depressed market.
