Time taken by a rig for well decomm is much less then actual drilling, as its mostly about isolating each well & conducting proper P&A.

Since Bauna sits in average 270m water depth, the drilled wells r relatively shallow. Avg TD is ~2200m.

On top of the 10 active wells, there r 3 others which are not in use. So apprx USD45-60 mil is my ballpark estimate for the decomm costs. This amount is termed as 'Liability' & is Transferred to the new owner.

Bauna is actually a Combination of 2 fields, Tiro (113 mmbbls) and Sidon (83 mmbbls). Given their close proximity, they were tested via EWT & then brought onstream via 'FPSO Cidade de Itajai' in late Feb 2013 (4 years ago). For balance oil production u could project avg 40k bopd in 2017, 35-36k bopd in 2018 etc for a 5-7 year scenario, as a rough guide.

Flowlines, wet Xmas trees, conductors, umblicals etc could b sent onshore for re-use elsewhere, so there may b some salvage costs. However, each jurisdiction has its environmental & safety protocol.

I haven't read the ANP guidelines for Field Decomm, so there may b provision for subsea gear to be left insitu for a field in 80m+ depths & the FPSO could b used elsewhere. Hope this helps mate. Am out for now, will chk when they come up with a plan B, C or drill Echidna-2, 3.
