I agree with Stevo, i think revenue from Jan 19 no longer comes off the price, that goes to Petrobras.
The adjustment will be from the revenue from revised deal date July 2020 to close of deal (whenever that is).
Phase 1:
$380 million ($50 million deposit already paid)
$330 million remaining
Approx $120 million on closing date (with adjustment from revised deal date to closing date, $150 mill - $30 mill)
Approx. $180 million remaining in 18 months (or over 18 month instalments?)
Phase 2:
$285 million (2026 details to come)
