the Bauna contingent payment due to PBR in 2026 will be late enough... etc.
Being " contingent " means that there may be nothing to pay if certain conditions are not forthcoming... my bet will be a pricing mechanism based on the POO maintaining above a certain price for a period of time. eg above US$60 bbl continuous for 24 months .
