That makes sense.
It's off topic so just a few comments. There wasn't a pandemic. There was a few cases in a town called N'Zerekore (One lady managed to get to Conakry but she was apprehended, isolated and treated). After the elections there was the usual unrest but it settled down (or was controlled) very quickly.
