Less than 300 "views" over at sharescen......so this stock is not very well known yet. Exactly the sort of company, that I look for. (get in before everybody else does so)

UKD shareholders who purchased into this stock for their diamonds or bauxite may be scratching their head as to exactly the reason for the share price rise. I am sure also....than many commodity traders and investors also do not fully understand what we may have here.
(There are 20 odd iron ore exploration companies in Aust) - why could UKD be different to the rest.

UKD now own leases that adjoin BHP's 6 sq kilometer....250 million ton Mining Area C (C area) resource. Surrounding and adjoining this UKD area.......BHP also own proven supergene-enriched Murra Mamba hermatite reserves, which may total up to 4.1 billion tonnes.

A decision may have been made in 2002 by BHP to relinquish the land now owned by UKD. Since 2002, FMG have proven up 1.1 billion tonnes of reserves in the Pilbara.....and is now a $2.5 billion company.

In total UKD own 240 odd sq kilometers right in the middle of the Pilbara. As such, with drilling success.....UKD may have:

1/ Direct shipping grade ore (and alot of it)

    2/ Bulk transport options

    3/ Use of port facilities.

When it really comes down to it....no other exploration iron ore company (or small time road freight operation) has these three key components to their operations. These three simple but hard to find combinations are what you need to look for.

Of course UKD has to prove up a resource.....but its market cap is far less than those would be's in the mid-west, IOH or Golden West.
