bauxite smelter energy supply, page-2

I recall in a number of presentations, the mention of Hydro Power if a Refinery was to be built. Is any one familiar with the plateau, if so is there a large enough river in the vicinity of the deposit to build a hydro power station. Am I right in assuming that no such facility currently exists near the deposit.
If they do go down the path of shipping the bauxite then the energy requirement would be minimal but is the local power supply sufficient for the size of mine SARCO would be planning.
Sorry for the dumb questions, just trying to put the puzzle pieces together.
I am a new holder in for the long term.
