    IMO the number one prerequisite to making an investment is sound management.

    The chairman of ORD Mr Tao Luo is also the chairman of CHINA NONFERROUS METALS INTERNATIONAL MINING -Click for CNMIM Website- our number 1 shareholder. That's akin to having the chairman of BHP sitting on our board our "speccy". Makes for some powerful connections.
