    CuRoad you need to read the ASX release it says $1.5M worth AUZ shares so sale effectively $3.5M cash and $1.5M shares is $5m for 100% SCONI and trailer $5M payment when AUZ SCONI starts production but that could be 3 or more years away. would certainly be good if got $1.5M AUZ shares at 1.2c now over 4c ?!
