I agree that integrity of management is key here. My take is that the capital returns received so far plus allowing shareholders the chance to vote on the direction of the company indicates that they are working in the shareholders interest. Contrast this with other companies like RHG which had to be forced to payout the cash and wind up. Their actions so far indicate to me that they will do the right thing.
