I agree Akki, my question is definately what are Peptidream doing that we are not. Bioexec gave the impression no one (back then anyway) could prove endosomal escape and without it cell penetration seems fairly pointless, yet this seems to be exactly what pedtptidream are targetting. Maybe they have a totally different approach, it would dure be interesting to find out more. Ie how do they delect a cpp and verify it escapes?? Do they also have a proprietry cpp for human cells better than tat??
